"Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Zack was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material. The support from Zack was professional and timely when questions arose. Only minutes passed before a call or email was returned with answers to my inquiries."

"Empa is an exceptional business! I had cracked stucco on the front my 4500 sq.ft. house. This let water get behind the stucco and caused rot in some of the plywood and wall studs. Quite a serious and destructive problem. Jehu (the company principal) was able to localize the problem areas and his crew replaced the affected plywood and studs. His crew then applied new stucco and color finishes, so the house looked brand new. In my experience Jehu is a man of his word, and his crew are top level technicians. They work harmoniously as a team and I heartily recommend Empa services to anyone."

"A large part of the living room ceiling of our 110 year-old house fell. Others were ready to sheetrock most or the entire ceiling, causing us to lose and then replace the crown moulding. Also creating a huge mess. While Pat's quote was quite a bit higher, our desire to keep the character of our home's original plaster craftsmanship, to reduce the interruption, and the amazing reviews here led us to pick Pat. He was always available by phone and a pleasant person to have in our home. Of course, most important, a thorough, professional and beautiful job on fixing the ceiling and cleaning up after/keeping our place clean. He even looked at our other rooms to make sure another such collapse was not imminent. Highly recommend Pat/Tri Color!"

"I live in Great Kills and was having a serious problem with water getting into my basement. Paul and the team at TriStone Masonry & Restoration came out, looked everything over, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They reinforced the basement where needed, completed the stucco work, and properly waterproofed everything to help stop the water problem. The difference has been brilliant, and I?m extremely happy with the finished work. Paul and the whole team were professional, hardworking, and very easy to deal with. They explained what they were doing and made sure everything was completed properly. Really fabulous guys and I would definitely recommend TriStone Masonry & Restoration to anyone in Staten Island having basement or waterproofing problems."

"He came out right away to give me a very fair estimate and then returned the next day and did a great job. He and his employee were both very kind and respectful. I would certainly call him again for future work and recommend him if you're looking for stucco work!"

"initially hired JP to replace rr tie wall; their work was so well done that I had them replace my patio and walkway, as well as, a walkway in front of house. Their cost was the lowest of the three contractors contacted. The crew worked throughout each day non-stop. The jobs were done quickly and efficiently. Angelo was easy to work with and was always available to me if I had any questions or requests. I would hire them again without hesitation, and I recommend them very highly."

"Highly recommend Innovative Exteriors for your next project! They did a fantastic job at a very fair price! My chimney was crumbling and they restored it beautifully. They showed up right on time, finished the job on time and left the job site so clean it was like they were never there! Impressive. I’ve had many contractors do various projects at my house throughout the years and I have to say Innovative Exteriors are the best I’ve ever dealt with from communication to execution of the project. Can’t speak highly enough!"

"I can’t say enough good things about Andrew and his crew. They responded quickly when I needed help correcting work done by a previous contractor who had used the wrong wood for my outdoor columns and mailbox post. Andrew came out on a Sunday and spent over 8 hours replacing everything. He recommended using cedar for outdoor durability, carefully cut and installed the new wood, and then stained it beautifully. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the finished result looks absolutely amazing. As a bonus, they also fixed my broken screen door the same day. What really impressed me was their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude. I’m a perfectionist and was watching the staining process closely, and they never seemed bothered by my questions or concerns. They truly wanted everything to be done right. The workmanship was excellent, the crew was friendly and respectful, and the pricing was extremely fair compared to the other quotes we received. Most importantly, they"

"Although I did not hire Greg it was due to the fact that Greg took the time to explain to me that I would be better off using a general contractor for the repairs which would be cheaper. He further explained that the stucco would look a little different from what I had now (which was not stucco). Greg was straight forward and courteous I would have hired them without hesitation if the job required."

"On Day 1 after tearing off 70% of the roof, clouds started to move in, the crew quickly made a haphazard attempt to cover the exposed roof. After doing so, I spoke to the crew leader to assess their plan. They were moving on to another job. I asked why they couldn't wait for 10 minutes for the shower to subside and showed them a radar forecast that called for no rain in the area until 10 PM to no avail. They left the premises a mess. Loose shingles on the roof, nailed scattered everywhere and the tarp on the roof was flapping in the wind and those loose shingles were flying in the wind. I called the American Quality to inform them of the situation. A couple of hours later I called again to inquire about the status. They finally sent the original crew back at approximately 5 PM. They quickly cleaned up. I asked them to secure the tarp on the roof then they left. Later that night, the roof was leaking into the house. Although American Quality sent someone to assess and rectify the situation, it was too little too late. I personally had to place a tarp in the attic to limit the potential damage. After the roof replacement was completed, I had to call in again because of their lack of attention to the little details."
