"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"Gary Blindt and his excellent team just finished replacing all our gutters and downspouts today. We are delighted with every aspect of their work and recommend High Tech Roofing most highly. - We chose higher capacity 6" aluminum gutters to better cope with heavy downpours. The finished job looks absolutely great. Also, the new fasteners and brackets can not be seen -- unlike our previous gutters. Every segment was installed perfectly. Sections connecting the second floor gutter to the lower one in front were fitted properly, unlike the original job we inherited when we bought the house. - Gary and his men took special care with a couple of tricky features of our split level house -- for example, they fashioned a watertight S-curved leader to get around difficult features of our exterior sump pump pipe. Also, each new downspout is directed into the existing underground drainage pipes with a snug fit -- as though they had always been that way. - Our property was left spotless and clean, in what seemed like no time. "Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process.
