They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. "We had several other quotes from others on HA, all did not understand the scope, they made the project much more complex, PT Wood Floors, walked through with me and we both went over the scope, PTWF provided a quote detailing our walk-thru, I accepted and away PTFW went, ran into a hidden pipe hiccup, tried to get my plumber in during the freezing weather, he was unable to make it in the required time, PTFW provided me with a plumber to relocate the pipes and kept the project moving forward, The Wood floor infill work was AMAZING you could not tell were the new infill wood floors were infilled to the existing wood floors. PTFW is extremely professional, courteous and does the best for an Excellent renovation. They are so good I am hiring them again for 2 other projects, sorry all others that bid the project....and thank you PTFW for doing an outstanding job. Well Done!!!"

"I have a rental property that desperately needed a hardwood floor facelift. Sam sanded and refinished the second floor and buffed the first floor. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy! I'm very happy with the outcome and quick turnaround."
