"David Sirekis was hired to repair a leak coming from my shower. He had to open up the ceiling to make the repair and then he replaced the ceiling, 2 days later and the leak continued. So he had to reopen ceiling to repair leak again. That was 2 years ago and the leak is back in the same spot. I hired someone else because it was not done correctly after his 2 tries. It appears he replaced a pvc pipe which had to be shaved to be able to fit the new drywall to cover opening. It also appears the original pvc shower base drain was not replaced during his repair and it had been there since home was built in 1999. It appears that if he replaced the original pvc shower drain and sealed it better this could have been avoided. "

"I purchased 11 windows from fairway on 6/27 with a 4-8 week timeframe. They said it may run up to 9-12 weeks due to supply delays and that was fine with me. After 3 months I contacted them and was told they aren’t in with no estimated arrival date. I continued to call and sometimes I was able to get through to the receptionist who was always in her car and didn’t have any additional information to provide. She would always say that Gary would get in contact with me but out of all the calls I made, I was only able to speak to him once. I continued calling and by late October they finally said 5 were in and agreed to install them which was done on 10/31 and said they would discount me $150.. They did not notify me that they were coming to install on that day and left the door to my unit open but at least half were done so I was somewhat relieved!! I proceeded to call until late December and they continued to say no windows. At this point, I asked to cancel them because I was looking at selling and since over 6 months had passed I no longer had need for them. They said this wasn’t an option and that it would have to be canceled through the manufacturer. I asked for that number but they wouldn’t provide it and said she would have to call to check. No update was ever given. Now we are at mid March, a full 9 months since ordering and I have given up on receiving the windows. They required half a deposit upfront which was 2001.58. The windows that I did not receive were going to require more work removing the steel so they were more expensive than the 5 I did get. So in short, over the last 9 months, I ended up receiving half my order and paid $2000 of the $4000 bill but only received $1375 worth of my order. I feel liked I was scammed out of my money for services that were never going to be provided and I just want a return of my deposit that was taken from me. Now after seeing how many others are in the reviews experiencing the same thing I filed a complaint with BBB and my credit card company."
