"I contacted N. Chasen and Son to replace our shutters. While working on the quote for the shutters via email, a wind storm tore some trim off our house, so I asked if they could include that as part of the work (as well as replacing some siding and a louver). They sent someone out the next week to check the shutter dimensions and determine what was needed for the trim, siding, and louver. They suggested repainting the louvers instead of replacing, and sent me a quote for all the work and to get it scheduled. On the scheduled date, Marcus was on time and very friendly. He walked me through everything they were going to do and explained that the shutters were on backorder and would be in later in the week, but he replaced the trim and painted one of the louvers (he needed a longer ladder for the second). He had to return a few times to finish the work, but he made sure it was all completed and the quality is fantastic. I'm very pleased with my experience with N. Chasen and Son and will definitely hire again when I have need."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"They arrived a bit later than we had agreed to due to some unforseen issues with the truck. However once they arrived, the crew went to work and did a fantastic job in getting all of our stuff out of the old place and into the new. They even made an extra effort to get our treadmill out of the basement of the town house and into the truck. The move ended up taking abut 8 hours or so, but they worked through some unexpected snow and did a great job. I should note, that I dont remember the exact price that I paid. I used a combination of an Angie's list big deal and then paid extra hours on top of that. The total was around 1000, but might have been a bit lower or higher. <br />"

"We loved the guy who came to our house and did the work. He did a great job. He was professional, flexible and easy to work with. <br /> The only thing I would note is that the deal said they would do patching. They mean very small patching, so keep that in mind. We had three holes 4x4 though 2 x8 inches and they would not patch those. So I assume by patching they mean nail holes. <br />"

"I met with Mike Gundersen from Professional Home Services about a month ago. He came to my door wearing a mask and gave me a blue folder with business information. The estimate only took 20 minutes as he promised. He didn’t try to enter my house or pressure me. He gave me a price for my roof and my back sliding glass door. I got a few more estimates but decided that I was most comfortable with Mike. The roof looks amazing and I am happy I can open my back door! Mike and his team did an excellent job, everyone was very courteous and professional. Looking forward to having my windows done in the future."

"<p>First of all when I called, I received a return call almost immediately from Steve. We agreeded on a time to meet, he was right on time which was great.  We talked I showed him my newly renovated room which basically has four blank walls. I was happy that I found this company because I didn't want anything on the floor because I just had my new hardwood floors done and it came out beautiful.  So I was happy that my closet could be constructed using wall space which makes it nicer looking as well. Anyway working with Steve was just wonderful.  I gave him my ideas, he made suggestions and the outcome was better than fantastic.  I'm' so excited about my new closet, I almost want to do a break dance. Now I will say that it blew a hole in my original budget, but I didn't know what this type of closet would cost anyway.  It go's back to the saying, you get what you pay for.  My closet is so well constructed, I'm just amazed at the finish product. The staff were just as wonderful as Steve.  They cleaned up after themselves, they were on time, very friendly and most of all they made sure I was satisfied and happy during the installation process.</p> <p>I wanted extra shelves and they gave them to me at no extra cost.  I'm happy with the whole outcome.  I am going to start on my office room next, and I don't have to shop around, I'm going to call Steve Dash.</p> <p>Thank You Steve Dash and your entire staff for a job well done.  I give you a AAA+.</p> <br />"

"Top Gun is Top Notch. Top Gun met every promise and more. They arrived when they said they would, did the work they said they would do and did it in the time they said they would do it. From all the prep work to the final painting, they did a masterful job and our basement looks fantasic. There were zero letdowns and in fact rather the opposite - they washed the exterior of my house and painted my front door at no additional cost which improved the appearance more than I would ever have expected. It is refreshing to see companies understand the value of delighting their customers."

"Owner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout!
