He did more work than I even requested and was so grateful he could also fix a broken toilet seal; evaluated a broken tankless water heater and took picture of my collapsing sewer drain. He explained everything so clearly and patiently, it was really a pleasant experience even finally finding out what repairs are needed with a written fair estimate. Prices are very reasonable. "Mike literally saved the day with his inspection. He was able to locate the septic which turned out not to be a legit septic and which helped give honesty to a property that was incorrectly listed at my time of escrow as having a legit septic. He was patient and provided a very detailed, professional report. It resulted in an addendum being issued to replace the septic and ultimately I canceled escrow on the property due to lack of agreement between the Seller and I on an extension to get more inspections done. "Everything went just as will said, he showed up at 7:45 EARLY and immediately started digging up the main line. He told me it was going to take about 12 hours total. Around 5:30 that evening the water was back on. He came back the next day and finished filling all the dirt in then put the grass back. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with, I would definitley recommend him to my neighbors and friends. After all was said and done, he gave me the bill and told me I could go online to his website and print the coupon for 10% off the entire bill. "This company is awesome. We called them Friday Late morning and he gave me a price right on the phone. The price was very reasonable. I asked if he could possibly accommodate us for that day since the homeowner is elderly and it would be a hardship for the toilet to be out of commission. He moved his entire schedule around and drove all the way to Terra Bella to make sure the job was done that day. He did not even add an emergency service fee or a fuel fee. He was so good we had him install our new toilet for a nominal additional charge and we could not be happier. They were very professional, courteous, and pleasant, not to mention quick. I would recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone else who needs a plumber.
