"QFS replaced all of the carpet upstairs to match the existing oak stairway. We needed the work done prior to moving into the house and were on vacation out of the country while it was being done. We discussed the installation options and pricing with Jesse and QFS found time to fit us into their schedule so they could do the work in an empty house. We gave them the keys and creative license, since we could not be there to make any decisions, and decided to go with natural red oak with no stain, just polyurethane sealant. We returned from vacation with the flooring done earlier than anticipated. The floor is beautiful. The work is perfect and the job site was left neat and clean. The natural wood color without stain has multiple different tones, which we like. It makes the entire upstairs feel much larger compared to the old carpet. It was worth every penny and we plan to have the carpeted stairway re-done when the QFS "stairway guy" gets back from vacation."

"As always, my rugs were smiling after their dry bath. Love this technique. Joe usually cleans and uses a special cleaning technique to clean my rugs. The runners are usually taken to our garage, laid out, cleaned and then placed in the house to dry in about an hour to the touch. Our larger rug is cleaned in place (Joe and assistant moves our dining table ) and again in about an hour it is dry (damp to the touch, not wet). We have used Dry Master for a few years now and are very happy with the results. Him coming to the house is a real bonus for us. Also, Joe and his assistant are prompt and will call when they are delayed (not often) for some reason or other. Nice."

Mr. Rodriguez and his men were friendly, professional and very hardworking. They completely sanded the floors into bare wood, stained them and applied three coats of polyurethane. The entire process took about a week. Their price was very competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. I will definitely hire them again if we decide to add additional wood flooring in our house."

"Sent agent to our house for measuring. Then sales quoted a price. Flooring was installed as agreed. Vinyl installed properly except overcut in one corner and corner rounding installed was not satisfactory. Then sent us an additional bill for services. Additional charges created a conflict concerning the amount of corner rounding and glue needed for job. After complaining and sending photos of work done, billing did issue a small refund for the job."
