"Michael showed up on time, did the work flawlessly. I have been sick for over a year. No ambition , no energy nothing got done, so he walked into quite a mess. I have an inspection coming up so I really needed help. It took him 5 hours, but my house looks as good as when I moved in. He helped organize a few things and cleaned areas I could not. He is a gem and I will keep him for as long as I can. Did I mention how reasonably priced he is and attentive to detail?"

"Very disappointed with the service. Multiple problems. Told India would be the cleaner. Leslie showed up. Company should have notified me that there was a change. Leslie did not even enter two of the rooms I told her only needed dusting and vacuuming. Cleaned around things on tables, did not bother to move table runners etc. left large areas on tables not cleaned/dusted. Left puddles on the floor where she mopped. I found at least 5 that I had to clean up. Left a film on my high gloss mahogany piano. Not sure if the problem was the solution she used or that she used dirty rags to do her cleaning. This woman spent almost as much time taking pictures of my home as she did cleaning. She took way too many photos. Did not explain why she was doing that. Was she ?casing the joint?? I have an alarm system and will be leaving it on because she made us feel so uncomfortable. I did not think to take pictures of what she left until after I had cleaned after her. I will NOT use this service. "

"John reached out to us with phone call and a text. When I called him back he answered and we talked about cost and arranged time which he was able to schedule the next day. He arrived on time and did a great job,, doing what we asked for and more. Will have him come back in the Spring. Appreciated that he took time to visit too."

"The job was done but it is very sloppy. There?s slurry and mortar all over the chimney and we are not confident it?s properly repaired. We have hired a different contractor to re-do the one fixed by Shamrock as well as the 2nd chimney that also needs repair. The tech from Shamrock was a nice guy he but didn?t do the work; his assistant did the work and its a mess."
