"I'm recommending Precision Home Care for cleaning and handyman work as well as general construction. I found PHC when I needed an industrial level cleaning at my neglected second home. Heather and her crew were not put off by the size of the job. They gave me a very fair price and their work was excellent. I was so happy with it that I asked her team to do some handyman work. Just like with the cleanup, the handyman work was done very well and on a timely basis. This gave me the motivation to get some bigger projects done, like replacing my old windows with energy efficient ones, among other general construction jobs. The team has been wonderful - fast, clean, skilled and pleasant to have around. They met with the window seller to measure and discuss how to fit the replacement windows in my old, not-square window sashes. "I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"
