"I had originally purchased a Groupon for another company for duct cleaning, they came out and did their work, and that technician found some more issues with my furnace that needed some more expertise. He said he had a colleague who was just the guy to help us. That’s where Richard came in! He came to my house on a Sunday and spent almost the entire day fixing our problem from start to finish. He explained everything he was doing in great detail, and even gave my husband some really helpful tips on what to do to maintain the work that was done. He even went above and beyond and fixed our screen door (which hadn’t latched properly since we bought our house) and told us how to fix our kitchen faucet. I was so pleased with the amazing service and great value. Highly recommend!!"
