They gave us a bid within a couple days of the initial phone call. They also came by to evaluate the leak & repaired the leak. They explained they could not guarantee the leak fix but it did prevent further damage to our home so it was successful. They provided us with a date for the roof replacement & they showed up exactly when they said they would. The roof replacement was smooth and the clean up was perfect. We had one small concern after a couple of days. The owner of the company (Chris) came by to mitigate that concern. Excellent company to work with!!"
