"Dave Jensen and his son Dave built and expanded an amazing deck. This project started after I had my portch rebuilt about one Month ago. Dave handled all the details, planning, lumber delivery, and installation of 2 Helical piles for proper support. This deck is built out of composite material with hidden fasteners. ALL the railing, 4x4s, 2x2s, 1x2s etc. in the picture are Cedar. This was done by Dave and we stayed within the budget. Anyone who know a little about wood knows Cedar is more expensive, but also a better choice and better weather resistant. Daves decades of finish carpentry work can be seen in the finished product. Both Dave and his Son Dave have attention to detail, take pride in their work, and show integrity. Its going to very difficult to find someone to take the time and build a quality project like this. "I am disabled and needed a ramp. This is Alaska. Winter is coming. I envisioned a ramp covered in snow and ice. A cover would be necessary, since also my ability to remove snow from the car was compromised. I needed a carport. Jayme Phillips is one of those incredible finds. He takes care to solve all problems from the beginning. He works to check and recheck so that as the project goes up everything fits amazingly. The two others who live here also wanted covered parking, so the carport grew from an accommodation for one to an accommodation for three. Because the land is uneven, High Level Construction virtually leveled the base on sono tubes mid air. It is perfection. As the structure rose, All things fit together exceptionally well. The work is solid and now that we've used the carport, it is amazing and meets our needs to perfection! I will use this contractor again, in fact when the painter and gutter installer are finished, he'll return to spread gravel/pit run under the carport to level the surface. Jayme Phillips isn't just a contractor, he's one you'd hope to find and delivers far beyond what you'd expect. Finished product is beautiful. And when he's finished the work is neat and the trash is bagged up. Exceptional!"
