Joel came to us via a recommendation from a local lumber yard who was familiar with multiple GCs (general contractors) and architects purchasing building materials. We decided to skip the line with a GC and ask around for a reliable framer to help our rebuild. BINGO! Got referred to Joel, and saved a ton of time and money. Very reasonable pricing and extremely good! We had our rebuild checked over by a civil engineer prior to drywall install, and the engineer commented on how structurally sound the framing repair work was, and how it was significantly better than the homes he viewed in the surrounding flood area. Out of like a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, Joel is probably like a 20! It is like finding a diamond at a thrift store!"

"We hired them as they were very detailed when they inspected the property to give a bid. As a home builder myself, I felt they know their work. They submitted their proposal which in between the two other proposals, I had received. Being in the construction business, I felt they were fair in their cost proposal. Before approval of their bid, I asked them to give me a start and end date assuming there was no rain. They kept the schedule and reported at the end of the day on the progress they made and pending work for the the next day. I was very pleased with their daily communications. The work they do is very messy and dirty, but they kept a clean job site and cleaned behind them at the end of each day. The most difficult job is to match the existing 24 year old texture and paint. They stated in the beginning that they will do their best to match the texture and paint but told us that they can not provide a guarantee. The match they were able to obtain in texture and paint is amazing. They seem to care for better customer service than focusing on their bill collection. I plan to give them an opportunity to bid for the future exterior work in the new homes, I will be building."

"Hugo is an honest contractor for Stucco repairs. His price was reasonable and he communcated frequently during the stucco window repiairs he did. His helper Javier was also very good and you could tell he had a lot of experience. I also appreciated his safety concerns since I have a 4 story Town Home. The stucco repair business is rather corrupt between stucco leak inspectors, realtors and stucco repiar companies. I would not hesitiate to hire Hugo and his company for any stucco work you need, I think you would be quite happy with the outcome!"
