"Annual wood stove lining sweep. They call a half hour ahead to let you know they are on the way. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Put down drop cloth and cleaned up when done. Have used before for sweeps, crown seal, cap install -- good people, will use again."

"Rescue Roofing came out asap to assess the job, they got roofers and masonry specialists out asap to fix our problem. Not only was an excellent job done (no leaks yet!) but communications were great and the bill was not as high as I thought it would be! Very Very pleased with Rescue Roofing and recommend them to anyone needing roof or chimney repair."

"The roof replacement went very well. We have a ranch with a large steep roof. After getting 4 bids we decided on Muth because they had the most complete quote, detailing all the GAF products they were going to use to get our Gold Pledge lifetime warranty. Because of the size and complexity of our roof it took around 5 days to complete. The fact that we had dry weather was a plus. From Chris, who was our salesman, to the guys who replaced the roof (hot days) they were all very professional. Clean up afterwards was also very good. This is a family owned and operated business and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality roof replacement. They are not the cheapest out there but they provide high quality results. As the saying goes “you get what you pay for”."

"I discovered James Hardie siding on Instagram. I dm’d the company to find local providers. They had two companies contact me to quote pricing. I chose Gunner because they came to me prepared. Prior to my quote they sent me a link for an app to download to my cell. Using the app camera I took a variety of pictures of the exterior of my house which enabled them to measure for pricing. When they came to me to quote the job, they presented to me the benefits of James Hardie, but then there was a solid quote right then for the project, with additional add-on pricing for embellishments. I had all the info right there, on the spot. They left a sample of siding colors. I signed a few days later. I had a clear idea of pricing and their plan for proceeding with the project. My house had vinyl siding that was probably installed in the ‘80s. It was brittle and breaking. During the “ripping” phase (removing existing siding) there was a lot of wood rot (plenty of pics texted to me during the entire process) that was replaced with new sheets of wood. Also discovered were entry points for mice (an on going problem that I have always battled), and I was told that this job would close up those entry points (problem solved!). The “wrapping” part of the process was when they put Hardie wrap over the wood sheet, but before the siding. Then installing the siding went pretty quickly. I chose Iron Gray for the siding, and Arctic White for the trim and water table. My property was left in better condition after the project compared to prior. All Gunner employees were very responsive (I prefer texting), and very easy to work with. I feel that the pricing was very much in line with the competition. This was a huge job. I was very anxious about my decisions. Now that the project is done, I am thrilled. Gunner was one of the best decisions I have made, to date."

"My chimney was deteriorating and after struggling with it and a leaky roof for the past several years, I decided to make the plunge to have it fix once and for all. After receiving recommendations and reviewing Angie’s list, I asked 7 companies for bids and 4 responded. I had the first company take pictures so that I could see the problem(s) first hand, which proved to be invaluable for subsequent bids and discussions. One said for $500 he’d stucco the old chimney and “if” that didn’t stop the leaks, he’d recommend I get the chimney replaced. I sent pictures to Integrity Masonry and asked for a bid to either fix or replace it. Upon reviewing the photos, Arnold Pack, the owner, sent me a bid in April to replace the chimney. The third company offered to do water seal, crown coat, & flashing seal for $707 but could not guarantee the warranty on water seal treatment without my purchasing a flue liner for $879. REALLY?!?! In mid July, the last company interviewed recommended the chimney be torn down and rebuild for $5,475 & ‘recommended’ the flue be lined with an aluminum flex liner for $815, or a stainless steel liner for $1,375 – total cost $6290 or $6850. Of course, I did my due diligence regarding the “liner” and found it wasn’t necessary for my situation. After 4 months of bids, discussions & more aggravation, I contacted Integrity Masonry, accepted their bid and they began the first week of August. In a word, this is a GREAT small business! The Integrity Masonry crew pictured below (Jeremiah [Arnold’s son], Billy, Tim and Arnold ) are amazingly hard workers, and really good guys. They dismantled the old chimney on the first day, carrying all the old bricks off the roof in buckets, removed 2 clay flues that were broken, then cleaned off the roof and other debris before they left. Arnold bought me three different sets of bricks and I selected the color that I wanted. As the guys began dismantling the chimney, I showed Arnold the ceiling leak inside the house as well as the chimney clean out cavity in the basement, which he emptied. He didn’t think the chimney caused the leak, then sent in one of his crew, a former roofer, who was also skeptical that the chimney was the case of the leak. During the course of dismantling the chimney and examining the roof, they found that water was getting in behind a downspout, seeping in and around some loose roof tiles and oddly angled areas that were hard to get at and hadn’t been properly sealed. The next day with bricks and clay flue liners in tow (having scoffed at the notion that I needed either an aluminum or stainless steel liner), the crew built the new chimney in one long and hot summer day. Since the black chimney cap screen which I already had was in good shape with a little rust, I got some Krylon metal spray paint and Arnold gave it a few coats which prevented me from having to purchase a new one. Finally, since the leaky roof still needed to be addressed, on a subsequent day, Arnold returned with the roofer, and having figured out what the problem was, spent the good part of a third day doing this repair which was above and beyond the chimney work, for which I paid an additional $125. And thus far, no more leaks! Whoopee! THIS OUTFIT IS ONE OF THE BEST-KEPT SECRETS IN COLUMBUS. Integrity Masonry is ABsolutely FABulous! The guys worked hard and the price was more than fair! Salt-of-the-earth guys with an honest day’s work ethic. You can’t get any better than that. I will definitely hire Integrity Masonry again. Kudos to them!"

"Overall we are very pleased with our new roof and with working with Jonathan and the rest of the crew at The Roofing Annex. The quality of the new roof and their ability to interface with our insurance adjuster were very much appreciated. The crew that did the roof install were excellent and friendly and got the job knocked out in one day. The only thing that ended less than satisfactorily was that additional damage to the interior of the home which was part of the claim was supposed to be coordinated by Roofing Annex with another sub contractor and that never happened. Probably not the fault of TRA but I thought it should be noted if you are in need of more repairs outside of just the roof. As it turned out I am working directly with my insurance adjuster and this is being taken care of anyway. All in all I would still recommend TRA to family and friends."

"Pro Sweep Chimney was amazing! I had been having problems with moisture around the chimney on the second floor of our German Village house. Dennis came out within about 1 week from my call and assessed that some things had not been done properly in rebuilding the chimney, which prevented the exhaust from the furnace and water heater from actually venting out of the chimney, plus we needed a flue liner. He took the extra time and work to remove all the obstructions and install the flue liner and cap we desperately needed. He was on time, fair on price, explained everything he uncovered, knowledgeable and comfortable working with our 120 year old home and was generally great to work with! Highly recommend!"
