This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. "Mr. Torres was great with all the work we had done. We went to his office where we picked out the color stones for our brick steps and paver walkways. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be going back to him for future work. "

"Martinez Brick came the following day to inspect my “3 sidewalk squares” for replacement. He told me the 4th one should also be replaced, as it was elevated. He gave me a price for 4 squares that was less than a competitors price for 3. Then he said that he would cut $400 off if I could do it “this Saturday”, a date at his convenience because he had a job close by. I said “great!” It rained Saturday and he couldn’t pour cement in the rain. He said “I’ll be there Tuesday”, and I’m honoring the discounted price. Okay. Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"
