"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work."

Look no further than Major Homes of Bayside. Major Homes replaced my roof about 7 years ago. Recently, after high wind storms in my neighborhood, Jason Kersch, owner of Major Homes, happened to drive by and noticed a few loose shingles on my roof (I never noticed them). He called me and arranged to immediately have them replaced – free of charge! I’ve been a customer of Major Homes for 30 years. Over that period, they have: installed new windows, siding, roofing along with heavy duty gutters and downspouts, skylights, front door, wood flooring, completely renovated my kitchen and bathroom. In addition, they have completely renovated a kitchen and 2 bathrooms at my son’s condominium. (unlike a private home, condominiums are a bit unique in that you must work closely with property managers, following all their rules and regulations to include providing them all necessary certificates of insurance, pass their inspection and get satisfactory sign off for completed work from the condo’s property manager). "Aldo was punctual, and competent. He communicated everything very well. He and his crew were timely, well mannered and efficient. The interior stairs of my fathers brownstone were carpeted for over 30 years and a previous contractor had removed the carpet without completing the job. Aldo removed the nails and residue carpet material, repaired several treads of the staircase, replaced several spindles, laid vinyl flooring , and painted the risers and spindles. He consulted with me on every decision, colors, materials, and their practicality. The job was completed sooner than he had initially estimated. I will definitely be hiring him again."

"Endri was very easy to deal with in getting the proposal, making and keeping the appointment, and doing the work. He is clearly experienced in making customers happy, not just doing the job and moving on. I hired him for two projects: replacing a toilet and replacing a steam radiator. He did both in a few hours. The jobs were mainly straight-forward, but the radiator proved not to be a straight replacement. But he got the necessary parts and fittings and completed the job within the time frame we had originally estimated. He left the areas where he had worked as clean if not cleaner than they had been before. I plan to make him my go-to pro for plumbing. He also has experience in minor electrical work and light remodeling. (Not in my experience, but other people I know who have worked with him have confirmed this.) Based on how easy it was to work with him on the plumbing work, I also plan to use him for other projects I have that are not plumbing-related."
