"Fantastic! Erik really knows what he is doing. Hos attention to the small details is extroadinary. He put in a new apron out of the garage 2 years ago, last year he and his crew did a new low slope driveway approach replacing the city curb with its steep angle. My car kept bottoming out on the standard rollover curb. When the city inspcted it the inspector commented on the quality of the job. Just today they finished the diveway with a couple of pours totallimg 20 yards. It looks great and already several neighbors have complemented it. "Terrible. Eric Terry took my money; and he did not complete the work promised. The work that he did complete was subpar to mediocre. If you are considering this guy, move on. I'm out hundreds of dollars; and I had to hire someone else to do what Eric couldn't. Eric left putty filler on doors; he didn't clean the plumbing debris and filth under the sinks; he left caulking material and razor blades on the bathroom floor. Terrible and not trustworthy."
