"Hired Molebusters in 2018. Our residential /suburban lawn was being destroyed by these rodents. I felt the fee was pricey, but... after trying several things on my own: the buzzers in the lawn, homemade potions (think: hot pepper flakes / Tabasco sauce) and 'natural' = urine approaches... all which were UNSATISFACTORY.... I saw progress with the Molebusters service. -- For 2019 I tried to imitate their service on my own: traps and bait and topical deterrents. That was a complete BUST - a waste of my time and money. -- 2020, I signed up EARLY. Still paid over $500, but... the results, so far this year are promising! I already pay for fertilization and cutting/maintenance, so taking care of the moles was well worth it. -- I think their vans are a HOOT - there is a mole with a hard hat on top!!! -- Staff is professional and courteous! -- Leadership is communicative and responsive. "The company went above and beyond with making sure all our questions were answered. They brought out pieces of all the pipe and tile that was being used and explained how everything was going to work. They were respectful with communicating the times they would be working, they were respectful not using any profanity while working. The job was done in a timely manner. The most impressive thing was that they replanted our rhubarb plant and replaced or upgraded any issues with our sprinkler system as they went along. "Adam called ahead to give me his arrival time, and arrived just as he'd said. He reviewed problem, and described the repair he'd be doing. Also indicated that he'd improve the situation by not just replacing the broken part, but by also adding some length to the line to remove a potential for another kink in the line (this was likely reason for initial problem). He fixed the problem within 15 minutes, and removed the potential for a repeat of the problem. Outstanding work. Normally I do my sprinkler repairs, but this looked more complicated than I wanted to do, so glad that Adam made it look easy. $100 for visit, but only $18 more for repair.. well worth the piece of mind knowing it was fixed right."
