"They were very professional, showed up in time and got the job done. Tankless hot water heaters are the way to go!"

"The service was wonderful. Nothing wrong. I originally hired them to install a water softener then I have some questions with the leak on the washing machine and he repaired it for free."

"John was courteous and knowledgable. He figured out the problem and stuck around until it was finished. We really appreciate his service to stopping the leak in our basement."

"Mark came out to our home to test our water and review the water softener systems available. He was very professional and did not pressure us in any way. He was very responsive to a follow up question. Colton installed our system the next week and he also was a very professional and pleasant individual to work with. We've had the system up and running for 5 days now. What a difference! I highly recommend this company."

"Andrew was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining to us the differences and advantages about converting to a tankless water heater. The installation went smooth and as of now we are happy customers and would call them again if we needed."

"Joseph was able to come the same day and get the job done. That was a big relief to me. After the work was complete he showed me where the paperwork was stored with the tank and told me what I can do to maintain it so it lasts longer. He showed me how to shut off the water and gas leading to it and how to relight the pilot. We have very hard water in Fenton. I was very pleased with his work and grateful for the senior discount."

"Fantastic! Very quick response on a Saturday. Tyrone was close by and quickly came over to evaluate whether or not this was a repair or a replacement for our Rheem tankless water heater. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. Overall it was a great experience and GREAT customer service! Les and Brandon were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
