Get matched with top vinyl siding install or completely replacers in Howell, MI

After more than a decade in the industry, we kept seeing the same pattern: owners overpromised, underdelivered, and left both crews and customers scrambling. Too much energy went into marketing and lead generation—and customers quietly paid for it. That frustration is why we started Verified Roofing & Siding.\n\nWe’re built differently. We show up, listen to what you actually need, and inspect the project thoroughly—scope, materials, and measurements—so the quote we give you is accurate, honest, and designed to solve the real problem.\n\nBecause we keep overhead lean and skip the big marketing budget, you don’t subsidize ads in your price. You get fair pricing, careful workmanship, and respectful treatment from start to finish. Our goal is simple: when the job is done, the experience is so positive that you tell family and friends.

"We had a superior experience with 180 Contracting from start to finish with Ken, Nancy, Kenny and their hardworking crew. Their professional approach was evident in the high touch communication level leading up to and throughout the process. The quality workmanship, rubber shingles and 5 Star Presidential plan has given us a 50 year roof! They took ownership of every detail and now as they say, “They own our roof”. I highly recommend this company."

"Our siding on our home in Clawson. was replace with new vinyl. We are totally pleased with the results. The crew was courteous and respectful. Very stress free experience. We would use Prime Home Reno?s again!"

"Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Our work was the installation of wood siding and gutters. We added a new addition to an old cottage and making it look seamless was a challenge. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work. They take their time to make sure everything is right! Good work at a fair price is what we were looking for and that?s what we received."

"Source One did our siding last summer. From our first contact with George, until completion of the project, they were professional in all ways. George came to our house, personally, several times to answer our questions yet never pressured us. This was a huge decision as siding is typically very expensive. Source One's estimate was considerably lower than 3 other companies we contacted, and included much, much more. The team that installed the siding went above and beyond in every single detail, which included lots of cut-ins and intricacies. The exterior of our house now looks beautiful and we spent a cozy, warm winter in our home thanks to all the insulation they put in. Hire Source One if you want a professional, honest company who does the best work for the best price!!"

"Vinyl Siding. Great Communication. On time and work done in a timely manner. Great Employees."

"We had an English Tutor home, defined by stucco and dark colored trim boards. We looked to have our tutor finish removed and new Vinyl siding installed. This included metal wrapping Windows and an entire sunroom and new gutter system. These guys did great, the materials and craftsmanship were great, I am very happy. I have before and after photos if that helps anyone make a decision."
