"Ryan Plute is the owner/operator of Village Land and Lighting, LLC. Ryan genuinely puts his whole heart into every job he does. He is an educated engineer and all-purpose problem solver. Most recently Ryan removed two of our 8’-tall X 7’-wide and deeply rooted sweet vibernum hedge plants which had been terminally damaged by a stroke victim’s SUV. Ryan replaced them with two 30-gallon sweet vibernums. Even though this was a relatively small project Ryan made time to visit and view the job-site before formulating an estimate when all other vendors only wanted pictures. Ryan immediately made certain that public utilities were notified and that they had marked their underground lines before he began digging. He coordinated and supervised the nursery crew during the installation of the new shrubs and old vegetation removal, and Ryan meticulously cleaned the area upon completion. "I ordered 6 impact windows from Morgan Exteriors Orlando for my Florida room. Dylan, Rottan, and Navin arrived at 8 am to install the 6 windows. They were all very friendly. They went right to work and by 12:30 pm they were done. The windows looked great. Big improvement. What I liked was that you could put your hand on the inside of a window with direct sunlight coming through it and the inside of the window was cool. Before that room would be very hot during the day. Now it is cool as a cumber. The guys did a terrific job."

The work: removed steel bathtub and tile surround, plumbing relocated, new cement board, fancy tile, new plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors installed. I do landscaping such as turning your full grass into a very lushes green also creating a nice outdoor fir pit with seating. I also do accent walls, install appliances, fixing appliances, making furniture, flooring, custom floating shelves, and much more. I work as, you but the materials and I’ll install it for a low labor cost compared to big business.
