"Owner of the company came to my property and he gave me a thorough bid covering the cleanup and disposal of 30 yrs of debris. He had his own dumpster trailers and his own equipment necessary to do the job. I am a very environmentally conscious person and he took the time to separate recyclables and lawn debris in different dumpsters for removal. He also gave me a fair bid to do the differed maintenance on my out buildings around my property and was able to restore multiple buildings that other contractors said would have to be torn down-removed and built new at a larger expense. We’ve recently had him back to build a hot tub surround with transparent roofing out of 120 yrs old barn wood posts that was saved from a building that couldn’t be remodeled. Definitely will have him back for future projects, highly recommended."

We love the work they did. They charged a fair rate and did the work in a timely manner. We will likely hire Performance again for future work. Communication: Ryan was easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and presented us with clear options and recommendations when needed. He even answered my questions that were unrelated to the projects we had going on. Quality of work: We were fortunate to have Ryan doing most of our work. He took his time and made sure every detail was addressed properly, from making seamless transitions on the fence to making custom moulding for our door. Scope and Cost: There were no surprises. Ryan kept us updated on the timeline at all stages and discussed how any changes to the original plan would impact cost.
