"The project went very well. Their service guy called in advance to confirm the appointment, called to confirm his arrival time and arrived on time. He took care with his equipment, acted professionally, asked questions and listened well, and took great care with his ladder to be gentle with our house. He also took pictures of the damaged and rusted chimney cap so I could see the extent of the damage (since we can't climb to the roof). He was efficient and finished the project in less time than quoted. Finally he checked in before leaving to walk through his work, answer question and what to look for in case of future problems."

That describes my total experience with Jay Moody Plumbing and Heating, specifically with Steve Montuori and his crew Adam, Mike and Nick. It started with my initial meeting with Steve in my home. After having 3 other companies come to survey my home for installation of ductless heating and air conditioning units it was clear to me that Steve had the most effective and efficient design proposal. I honestly could not believe it, we had everything (yes, everything) done within about 10 minutes (mostly because Steve has done about a million of these rebate submissions, so he could probably do them in his sleep). He also took the cap off (required sawing off rusted nails), sealed it tight and screwed it back onto the chimney with galvanized screws. I have photos of the work that was done."
