Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. BBS immediately secured a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage, assessed the situation and presented an estimate for the needed repairs/replacement. "I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. "I had water leaking into my living room Saturday night. I called Howard Sunday. He came by my house on Monday to access the situation. Him and his crew came to my house on Tuesday at 7:05 AM and didn't stop working until 4:30 PM. Wednesday it was rainy and windy. NO WATER LEAKING in my living room. Howard and his crew did a great job. They were very professional. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean up as was the case with my last roofing contractor. I gave Howard's contact information to two of my closest friends that need roof repair."

"Mike was very professional and easy to work with; the job was well done; and the price was excellent.
Our old roof had reached the end of its useful life... several small leaks had appeared in various places in the house and with each rain, they were getting more pronounced.  We contacted 3 potential contractors; one never responded, one called back two weeks later, Mike called within 24 hours.  He came out to look at the job, discussed the work with us, and gave us a detailed and very fairly priced proposal.  The plan was to wait a few weeks for good weather - unless there was a real spring like stretch.   
Two weeks later, with a predicted stretch of several unseasonably warm days, Mike called, asked if we wanted to get going.  The next morning, the materials were delivered; later that day, the dumpster arrived.  The crew was on site early the following morning.  The old roof was stripped by 10AM; the job was pretty much finished and fairly well cleaned up by sunset - with the promise that they would be back first thing in the morning to do a thorough clean up. 
True to his word, Mike and a couple of his men arrived early in the morning, did a thorough inspection of the entire yard, adjusted a couple of small things, and finished the clean up  by 10:30 AM. The dumpster was removed later that day.
All in all, a job we had been dreading was painless.  Four months later, the roof looks great and there are no more leaks.

"They were very thorough and meticulous about the clean up. They did just an outstanding job on the roof. It was a very great experience. Their detail and attention to clean up was excellent. They raked up the yard, used magnets to pick up any loose nails, and they put a big container in my driveway when they stripped off the shingles. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding! I wouldn't bother calling other companies if I needed another roof put on, I would just call them."
