Said there was a small gas leak on the water heater, spent $275 for a plumber to tell me nothing is wrong. They said the furnace was in good condition, but couldn't guarantee how long it would last because it was over 50yrs old. The contractor made a mention of something the inspector didn't test, didn't see as it was a multifamily house, the inspector went back and looked at that and told the contractor that he was absolutely right.
