Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. "Hired them to do a shingle roof install on my house and they found out that there was 4 layers of old shingles already on my house!! Crazy! They didn?t charge me a single penny extra to remove all the layers ( there shouldn?t ever be more than 2 layers) and repaired the sheeting underneath then did a great job installing the new roofing! Prompt, professional and knowledgeable!! I don?t normally do reviews but nowadays it?s rare when a contractor goes above and beyond to ensure that their customer is satisfied and taken care of properly! I?m not a fixer upper type of guy but I do my research on what I?m being told or looking for. I couldn?t recommend this company enough! The sales guy (Rob) was very knowledgeable and helpful to get this done within my budget!"

"I cannot recommend these people enough. We needed our roof and most of the trim and facia underlying the roof replaced, as well as a gutter. They quoted a reasonable price, were completely transparent with all costs associated and how the process would work, were extremely tidy and professional, and were very quick. We have small children, and they were extremely aware of and cautious around them when leaving to and from school and daycare. I had spare siding, and they even volunteered to replace some damaged siding at no additional cost. These guys were just great."

"Recently purchased 107 year old home.  One side of stone foundation had crumbling mortar joints and missing stones. Needed repaired and tuck pointed. Woody came out examined the foundation and masonry work and had an estimate with in one hour of getting my call.  Very knowledgeable about very old masonry work.  Work was completed in 2-3 days by himself and crew or 2-3.  Went to great pains not to damage neighbors newly stamped concrete walk between houses.  Clean up was very complete and the foundation looks brand new.  Definitely would hire again.  Does everything exactly as he says he will."

"My experience with Clark Local Masonry was excellent from start to finish. Colten came out to give me a quote shortly after I initially called him. We walked all around my house and I pointed out areas where I was was concerned that moisture was getting into my house. Colten looked in detail, pointing out where he saw issues, including the chimney that I hadn’t considered a problem. We talked at length reviewing what needed to be done, the price and timeline when he could start. The repair work that needed to be done was urgent to avoid any additional potential damage, especially with all of the rain we’d been getting. Colten explained that he was waiting on a large project and felt he could fit me in basically right way before that project started. We agreed on a price that I felt comfortable with and he was able to start within a couple of days. I had talked with a couple of other masons who missed the chimney altogether as well as a couple of other obvious places. For the amount of work he did Colten’s price was considerably less. I’ve owned 4 homes and had extensive work done on 3 of them. I had no experience though with brick and mortar. I asked Colten numerous questions as the work proceeded because I wanted to learn and know what to look for in the future. Every time he responded with a thorough explanation communicated in a very patient way. He even addressed a couple of things that I hadn’t initially asked him to do, unrelated to the moisture issue. We talked about the importance of taking pride in one’s work, serving the customer etc. It was obvious Colten was extremely competent as a mason but he also had excellent people and communication skills. He came back 3 days and he kept me informed when he would arrive at my home each day. He cleaned up completely after himself and his co-worker who was also very respectful. Except for the fact that the work was completed I would not have known anyone had been working on my property. I really can’t say enough good things about Clark Local Masonry and Colten. The work, the customer service, the price, the timeline etc. etc. was all excellent. I had been very stressed about the moisture getting into my home and working with Colten really put my mind at ease. In today’s world where finding good people to do quality work is often difficult this experience was extremely positive. I recommend this company and Colten completely. I’d definitely give him more than 5 stars if I could."
