They managed to protect a large glass display case that I was sure I'd get back in pieces! I do wish the dispatch and sales department were more on top of things. My sales agent left an email asking about when I should hear from dispatch unanswered. , and I received conflicting information about when my drop-off team would show up from dispatch.
