"I'm angry that the home inspector failed to point out the massive rat infestation in my roof - the foam on the outside copper pipes of the AC was completely visibly chewed away and there were rat wax markings in the soffit holes, big pile of rat droppings visible by from standing on the attic ladder. Now I have to pay over 2000 for new duct work and rat proofing the roof. If i had to do it again, I would do not hire rock solid and do my own home inspection. 0 stars"

"We selected Schoeman Construction to completely renovate our master bathroom. We were impressed with them from the first time we called, because they actually answered the phone! They always promptly responded when we contacted them for any reason. This is the kind of customer service that is seldom found any more. Our master bath was completely torn out and re-done, and we received an estimate for every part of the project before the construction started. This is a very dependable, family-owned and operated business, and all of their workers are reliable and highly skilled, long-term employees. They have all the necessary vendors available for you to select the tile, granite, fixtures, or anything else needed, but you can also buy anything you like, from anywhere, and they will install. We had a totally new walk-in shower and a bathtub installed, which involved moving some of the plumbing. We also had the existing ceramic floor and wall tile completely replaced in the bathroom and adjoining closet area, and a new toilet, granite topped vanity, and landscape mirror installed in the bathroom, plus having the room re-painted. In addition, they also installed a new exterior door, new window sills, inside and out, replacing old wood in the walls inside. We also had them install two new hot water heaters. This project took a few months, but the level of workmanship is outstanding, and the room is now beautiful, besides being outfitted with the safety features of non-slip floor tile and grab bars. A member of the Schoeman team always let us know when workers would be coming, and they always arrived when they said they would. We highly commend Schoeman Construction for their reliability and the quality of the work they do, and would definitely recommend them!"
