(Masada did not install my old cameras) William came over within 30 minutes of me talking to him and looked at the equipment that I had and let me know what Masada could do for me. I scheduled an appointment and Charlie from Masada came over and replaced my DVR and adjusted one if my cameras. Charlie explained everything I needed to know about the new system. "Chris called in advance to let me know he was on the way to the appointment 11-7-24 arrived on time. He installed the security system that I had purchased from Home Depot which included 2 cameras and a video doorbell. The cameras were installed out side, 1 in the front near the top of the garage & the other on the upper patio wall on the back porch. After each camera was installed & after I had down loaded the app for the video doorbell & cameras, I could see very clearly the front door entrance, the driveway & entrance of patio sliding glass door. The installer, Chris showed me each step he took to install the security system. He was patient with me when he asked me to go to the app store to down load the app so the security system could be installed. After he installed the security system, he tested it with me showing me the features how they worked. The price was reasonable for the 2 hr. installation."
