"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

He then returned as the installers were completing the work to further ensure everything was correct and to do a walk around with me. "Very easy to contact, we discussed what was needed. Estimate was performed using aerial (satellite?) photos, and was in line with other estimates. He used Timberline shingles, and gave us a broad selection of types and colors. We arranged a date, and he communicated promptly about what was needed. Materials were delivered on Thursday and roof was completely removed and replaced in one day on Saturday. Joe was there all day, and helped install the trickiest portion of the roof. He took videos so we could see the work, including wood replacement where needed and inspect the final job. Cleanup was excellent."

"I can't say enough great things about this company. James, the project manager, came on time with a large packet of brochures in full color and detailed information about each portion of product used to complete the replacement of asphalt singles on the roof of our home. He patiently and professionally explained every step of the work to be done, answering questions as we moved through this process. when finished he took measurements and gave me a very reasonable quote on the cost of the project. A few days later after accepting the quote, a very friendly lady from the company's office called to make arrangements to do the job. When the time came, the roofing materials arrived the day before. The dumpster and the company owner along with his crew were here on time the next morning to do the job. It was a very cold and extremely windy morning but they went right to work. The weather conditions were very unpleasant but didn't seem to hinder them in accomplishing their task. They did everything mentioned in the contract including a good cleanup up the premises. They used all CertainTeed roofing materials and James had suggested the type and color of the shingles used on the roof. When completed the new shingles so dramatically enhanced the appearance off our home, we were completely overwhelmed.
