"John was prompt and responsive to our inquiry and came out to give us a quote within a few days. The quote and timeline given for the job were very fair. As soon as our windows arrived John and his assistant came out to do the install. Installation of the windows and AC went smoothly and the finished project was excellent! They framed about the windows and AC beautifully and took the extra step and attention to frame them out nicely on the exterior of our home as well. In the process of cutting the hole for the AC unit they discovered that some electrical wiring needed to be moved. The electrician John sent out to move the wiring and install a plug for AC unit was a pleasure to work with as well. He even took the time to replace a light switch and some electrical outlets for us last minute. We have been so please with the new windows and not having to move the AC in the spring and fall is priceless! John and his crew were prompt, friendly, and courteous which in our experience can be hard to find in the world home repair services! We also appreciated that they cleaned up after the job was complete. Most importantly, the quality of their work was fantastic! We plan to hire John again when we are ready to tackle a couple of the other home projects on our list. We would highly recommend his services!!!"

He replaced countless trim boards, siding boards, weather stripping, and windows. The painters found a couple of spots that needed fixing after James had finished and been paid.
