"Grasshopper was very professional from quote through installation. They came out to the property, quickly provided a quote via email, and then followed up with a packet of information and the quote via mail shortly thereafter. They showed up on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time and even finished the work a day earlier than anticipated. We had a brand new system installed which consisted of 12 zones and 62 sprinkler heads and they completed the project in a day with shockingly little damage to the yard. All of the workers were polite and worked hard all day to get it done for us - they even did a couple of extra things for us that we were not charged for. Overall, an excellent experience and we plan to use Grasshopper to expand our scope of work in the future."

Later, (that same evening) he emailed a written estimate for us to look over and sign in order to schedule our job asap. The job was scheduled quickly (within days) and the install went very smoothly. The small cut-outs in the sheetrock they needed to remove for wiring the outlets were very cleanly cut and repaired with care. "The guys from Three Masons showed up and were already setting up when I was told to expect them. I talked with the guys a bit on the work to be done and showed them the different locations for fixing the clapboards on the house. The quickly took care of the issues and everything has been great since. One thing that had been happening in the past when a windy storm came through the area that the clapboards would shake and make a noise. All of that got fixed with the work they did. They then went on to fixing up the molding around my front door which had rotted and install the extension setup needed for my storm door. They were quick and everything was installed nicely. We did a quick tour around after the completed all the projects and I paid them the final payment. I was very happy with the work that was done."
