"I was told to expect Mike at 9 and he was there on the dot! He quickly figured out what was wrong with my kitchen outlets and didn't make me stupid (can you say gfi outlet?). The he got to work on my hall light. It turns out I need a new fixture. He gave me some advice about what to look for and then installed a temp light so I don't have to use my flashlight app to go upstairs after dark. He was polite, genial, and wore booties to keep my floors clean. I am looking forward to having Mike back to install not only my hall light but also a thermostat and chandelier."

"Excellent!....George promptly came over our house to look over the electrical job to give us an estimate. Later, (that same evening) he emailed a written estimate for us to look over and sign in order to schedule our job asap. The job was scheduled quickly (within days) and the install went very smoothly. The small cut-outs in the sheetrock they needed to remove for wiring the outlets were very cleanly cut and repaired with care. Our TV looks great and the electricians were very pleasant and professional. They even had patience with our kids and two dogs in our busy home! "Friendly and quality professional workers. Getting an initial appointment scheduled with them was a bit of game of phone tag, but once that was scheduled I had a good experience. Mike came by before providing an estimate, he clearly laid out what he wanted to do and I received the quote 2 days later. They clearly answered my questions before scheduling the work. I had them change all outlets and lights on my 3rd floor which included adding new wire and breakers to my box on the 1st floor. They completed the work for 6 outlets, 6 lights and a new breaker/wire in 3 mornings. They created way less holes in my walls than I was expecting, all holes were very clean cut and easy to patch. Things were dusty from cutting drywall but overall everything was left very clean above my expectations. I did have to call them back to get info about quote/schedule/invoice every time. But the people on the phone were friendly and also responsive in their follow up."

Installed LED fans and left "regular" switches from old fans instructing us to change them to LED compatible.  After several visits from electricians and visits to lighting stores we learned that regardless of the switches, these fans could not be put on a dimmer, made a loud humming sound, gave off an ugly green/yellow dim light and the fan only worked at one speed - we needed new fans.
