After leaving an initial voicemail, the owner Todd, returned my call in less than five minutes. He provided a lot of information regarding the pet stop pet fence including installation price. We quickly decided to move forward with the installation and were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a weekend time slot. Todd came out to our home and actually arrived early for the scheduled appointment time, an extremely rare thing for companies providing services today. He quickly installed the fence and prepared everything necessary to introduce our dog to the fence. Todd provided quick and concise training that was appropriate for our puppy's age. He instructed us how to continue working with our dog until he came back in a few days to train again and check in on our progress. Todd returned twice for additional training and tweaks to the system. He was great about answering our questions addressing concerns we had regarding how the fence functioned.
