"Dave is a super great guy and I am lucky to had found him. The plumbing in this house has not been touched in decades and it showed. He replaced my hot water tank, installed a whole house water filter, he removed a bunch of unnecessary pipes and valves and simplified the plumbing. Also installed the toilet and and kitchen faucet. It has been almost a month since the work was completed and no issues. Dave is super knowledgeable and has attention to detail. He is my go to for all my plumbing needs here in Stephentown. "I called T & T on the late afternoon of 3/2/15 and spoke to owner Dave Thomas about an estimate to remove the snow. He asked if I would be up at 7:00 am the next day as he could be there then. He was right on time and brought a co-worker Andy. I explained what I wanted done. He gave me an estimate for $350 which seemed very fair. I asked him when the work could be done, he said right now. Dave and Andy not only removed the snow off the front and rear of the main second story roof, they also cleaned the screen house and garage roofs. They were also very neat in cleaning up all the snow afterwards. 
I was impressed with their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"On the day of service, I received a call at 0803 and the plumber said he would be right over.  He arrived about 0825 and was done changing out the faucet which I provided within .5 hours.  The plumber did a good job, was very professional and friendly.  As he was leaving, I asked for the bill and he said it would be sent to me.  My house is 15 minutes from Mulholland's On Call Plumbing & Heating's office.  When I received the bill, it was for 1.5 hours of work and the total cost was $141.24.  When I called about this it was explained that their records showed it took the plumber .5 hour to get to my house and then .5 hours to get back.  After discussion, it was agreed to lower the price to $120.  I have no problem paying for mileage to and from my house but time is another matter.  It certainly doesn't take an hour to drive from downtown Saratoga Springs to my house and back.  No other service provider has charged me in this manner.
