I had concrete patio installed,tried to get me to add a texture , but I kinda knew what I wanted and he did it perfectly. He seems very hard working, nice guy. Price was certainly in my budget. speaks ok English -- but I was glad he has a worker who was able to communicate clearly what I wanted. Because it was a simple task - there was no written contract so hopefully I won't have any issues down the line.
