"The rep that came out determined that one of the pipes had become broken. . He was upfront and honest about the added cost to repair the pipe. He was able to repair it quickly and had all of the parts on the truck. The other broken heads were replaced with ease. The rep obviously had lots of experience. He even helped me find a head that was lost under some soil. He showed up on time and even called me a couple of hours before hand to make sure I was home. He even took the time to answer all my questions without trying to rush to get to the next job. Very professional, courteous, and positive. They basically had to strip the yard completely so that all the weeds and poison ivy could be removed and replanted 9 pallets of fresh grass. They fixed the sprinkler system and created a rock walkway between the garage and fence so that they could place their trash cans in the area. All the flower beds were cleaned out and fixed so that my daughter and her husband could plant fresh shrubs. All flower beds were mulched. And all of the yard debris was hauled away.
