"We recently had a new shower installed by West Shore Home. They tore out a shower and a bathtub and replaced it with a much larger shower and a small space that we intend to use as linen closet. I would like to talk a little bit about our installer crew. Jake N. was the acting on site Foreman, Brynn, Matt, and John worked with him to complete the installation. I cannot praise them enough. They were so customer focused and dedicated to making sure that we got the shower that we had requested. They treated our home with such respect, making sure that it was clean. When you look at the videos on their website about how the job is done step by step, stage by stage making sure that everything is done correctly. The job took a little longer than expected because of a miscommunication with the salesperson for the project. When we noted the issue it was so pleasing to see how they reacted immediately. They brought a supervisor out to review the work and he made a couple of really great decisions. He stated to us don't worry we will make it right. And that is exactly what they did. Everything was done to our expectations and the resulting shower is of such high quality and the craftsmanship so solid I am sure that this shower will be a very very important selling point when we resell this house. The value of the shower the thing installed is well in keeping with the price of the work. It is a professional job and it has enhanced the value of our home. I wish we could rate this higher but I stand by everything that I've said. This is a wonderful and reliable company. They communicate well in advance of the work and follow up once the work is complete. Well done and thank you. It isn't very often that you see a company that is so willing to stand by their pledge of customer satisfaction. All I can say is they have truly proven their honesty and commitment to making sure that a customer receives exactly what they ordered."

"We worked with Adrian (owner of MAZ Contractor Services) on bathroom remodeling for both the master bath and guest bathroom. Both of the bathrooms were old and dated. It was a gut job and total renovation for the big bathroom, converting tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. The second bathroom was remodeled on a budget (new granite countertop, new paint, new LVP flooring, new epoxy paint for the bathroom wall tile, new LED ceiling light). The final results from both bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! They look high class with high quality finishes, great design and color scheme. We are very happy and satisfied with the remodeling and the price. These are the things that set Adrian and his company/crew apart from other construction groups out there: 1) Once they start the work, they come every day to work on it. If there is a waiting time (for custom countertop or seamless glass installation), they let us know clearly when and why. 2) Their work is high quality! The house looks brand new outside! 6) Adrian is transparent about his prices. The estimate was reasonable, and as we kept adding more things to the project, the additional cost was reasonable. We finished 2 bathrooms remodeling and a complete exterior update seamlessly with Adrian and his crew. No delays, no drama, no hidden costs, no communication issues, no headaches. "The project ended up being disappointing. My sales person didn't realize that my existing tile might now match up with the new flooring. The solution was to put wooden transitions in that were to high and made the house look broken up. I ended up spending more money to have tile in my kitchen, breakfast nook and hall torn out to eliminate most of the transitions which caused the grout lines not to match up. They came up with a solution, but it's not right and could have been avoided had my sales person not made the initial mistake. I felt like I had to carry the financial burden for his mistake and I'm not at all happy about it."
