"Jason Kirby and crew did an excellent job, with fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. This job was to replace a stucco and half timber exterior wall on a historic 1920's English Tudor, so that it matched the detailing and craftsmanship to the rest of the house. Jason assembled a highly skilled team. They competed the job on schedule, Jason communicated regularly about status and next steps, and I couldn't be happier with the result (looks original to the house). Jason's fees are very reasonable, and I would recommend him for any job involving masonry, having worked with him in the past on brickwork as well."

"Some water was getting into my basement. I couldn't identify how the water was getting in. So I started contacting all these basement companies. Each one was telling me (based on a video I shot of the issue) that they couldn't help me. At first Luke with Attack a Crack said that, but he was prompt to get back to me, and he suggested that I talk to a handyman. (Other companies didn't give me suggestions). I said the handyman doesn't feel comfortable fixing it. So Luke suggested that I take some pictures of the issue. I sent him pictures and based on my pictures he told me where he thinks the leak/crack is coming from. He was very specific too. He said its coming from your front porch step, not one step below. And sure enough, I lifted up the mat on the front porch and there was a crack in the foundation. (I poured a cup of water over the crack and it started to leak into the basement. We've found the culprit!) He was so patient with me, and allowed me to ask all these questions. And he let me send all these pictures via text. Which saves both of us a lot of time."

"It went great. We were in good hands with the Ranieri family throughout the entire project. They are extremely reliable, diligent about keeping us informed about the process, and deeply knowledgeable about concrete deck installation and pool installation and care. Our 30+ year old 20x40 inground pool had crumbling old pavers around it and the pool plumbing needed replacing before we could put a deck in. The Ranieris were a one-stop-shop for this work. They replaced the plumbing, installed a new skimmer box, and poured a gorgeous curved edged 10' patio on one side and 4' deck around the rest of the pool. They are excellent communicators, keeping us informed all throughout the process and coordinated directly with our electrician to get the new ground wire installed and permitted before they poured. No hiccups at all with this process. This work happened this spring 2022, so there were supply and delivery issues with concrete that are outside of the contractor's control. From our perspective, the wait wasn't too bad, and the Ranieris kept us informed every step of the way. Their work is both art and science. We love what they built for us. We would hire the Ranieris for any future projects, and we highly recommend them."

"Excellent! The old wooden fence was removed and replaced but we also added a pergola. The installer (Jaime) did a great job and cleaned everything up. He arrived around 7:00 AM and did the job by himself. Very hard worker who was friendly and polite."

"JEO Masonry responded quickly to my email and sent me a written estimate. They repaired my steps for a reasonable price that was far lower than the other estimate I got from another local cement mason who quoted me $4,000-$5,000. The owner of the company came to my house on the day of the repair and his workers did a great job. They filled the cracks in the brick and repaired the mortar around the stairs. Also, they replaced one of the limestone steps that was cracked. Now the stairs are much more stable and look great! The workers finished all the work in one day. I had called lots of other local companies who never showed up to even give me an estimate so it was refreshing dealing with JEO Masonry & Tile. They are honest and responsive and I would hire them again."

The project included several retaining walls, sitting walls, water feature, pool coping, and patio -- all done in a classical design with field stone, bluestone, and cobblestone pavers.
