"We had our kitchen and primary suite renovated by Jamaal and his team at Yusra Design and we couldn't be happier with the decision. We really wanted a cohesive process of design phase through the build and the team was beyond our expectations on delivering exactly that. Through the entire process we were in great hands and the communication was excellent. They executed on the timeline that was communicated from the start of the process and the quality of the work and materials was top notch. We love both of our new spaces and would recommend Yusra to anyone that is looking for a competent and thorough team to help build their dream space."

"Nice owner, hack job crew. Hired to replace siding and trim. Manager of the project was fired a few times during work and it really shows. So many small details are either unfinished or poorly done. Amateur cuts on the trim left gaps and old trim was not prep for paint or just left unpainted. They also smeared silicone to cover screws on the front face of the shingles, the whole house looks like it's covered in bird droppings. Plus they also damaged the roof and electrical boxes. Who knows what other things they skipped on, left me with a time bomb of problems that will takes years to show. I would not recommend. "

His team is extremely detail oriented, conscientious, kind and beyond professional. They meticulously cleaned up everyday and were prompt with arriving and staying for the entire day. The job was completed in exactly the timeframe provided and we couldn't be happier with the final result. "My project was to add a porch to the front of my antique house. I quoted the job out to 3 builders and found the prices all to be similar. Although Fiske Construction was very slightly higher I was impressed with the professionalism of the quote and Mike�s understanding of what I was looking for. I showed him a couple of pictures of the style I wanted and he immediately picked up the details that gave the look I wanted. Mike arranged for the permits and began work as soon as they were set. Mike�s work ethic is far better than many these days, he showed up early and worked hard all day, every day. I never felt that my job wasn�t his top priority. I added a couple of features during the construction , Mike gave me a very fair price on the additional work and arranged for the materials required. Mike is more than just a builder, he is a Craftsman. The fit, finish, and quality of the porch is top notch. I have had neighbors and strangers compliment me on what a beautiful porch and how it looks like it has always been there. It�s not an easy task to add to a house built in the early 1800�s and match the quality of workmanship and style for that period but Mike and his team nailed it, I could not be happier or ask for a single change for the entire project. If I need any building projects in the future I will definitely have Fiske Contruction do the work. These days with some pretty questionable contractors out there Mike Fiske is a shining star and a safe bet for any project you may be"

"How can I possibly thank Dave enough for this project?? A few months back, I contacted Dave for a quote for an unusual project: I wanted to do a major renovation to my father's bedroom in his house while he was gone on a trip as a surprise. This room hadn't been remodeled since 1990 when he bought the house, and though he'd started it a few years ago, my mother became ill and passed away, so the project got put on hold and never picked up again. That's where Dave came in. He was so thoughtful, and his work is SO stunning. He replaced the carpet with hardwood, tore out the old heating, tore out the old closets and built a beautiful walk-in dressing room. He plastered the walls, replaced the last old window in the room and trimmed everything out to match the rest of the house--all covertly while my dad was away. I revealed the surprise last night, and my father was so overwhelmed by the beautiful work that he actually teared up. Thank you so much, Dave!!!"
