"They arrived on time and got my oven repaired super quickly! Yay!"

"Very professional, very courteous. Seemed to know exactly what he was doing and didnà ¢à  à  t waste any time. Very impressed with his thoughtfulness in protecting my floor in front of the oven."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Ray was awesome!! Scheduled me in the day after I talked with him. After listening to the problem I was having with my Samsung oven, he knew, EXACTY, what was wrong and the part I needed. My oven was repaired and working in about 30 minutes of his arrival. The “other guys” told me I needed to replace some other parts and the cost would be around $400. Ray’s charge was less than half that amount Will use him for any and all appliance repairs in the future."

"Gregg was amazing! He responded quickly to my request for service on my oven and managed to get the job done in time for me to make dinner for my family! Would definitley recommend!"
