Fred is personable, communicates well, timely (keeps his project schedule commitments), affordable, and, most importantly, produces top quality results. We were fortunate to find Fred after interviewing several contractors for a major renovation project on a home we recently purchased in Hassayampa. Fred is very â hands-on,â completing most of the work himself (i.e., very few, if any, subs). He frequently updates you on progress and seeks your input on materials and design considerations. Fred is relatively new to the Prescott area (having been here about one year), but he is not new to construction. He has years of experience, including running his own business in Thousand Oaks, CA. I canâ t think of anything Fred isnâ t capable of handling. He has a wide array of talents and skills. "I was so happy to find Sierra and Gary (Country Carpenter). A great husband and wife team that were amazing. They showed up on time, prepared with their tools and ready to work. They were very accomidating with their schedule. They installed 3 large doggy doors, Assembled and installed 3 large outdoor kennels and 3 large indoor kennels. We were very pleased with how they all turned out. They were sure to understand exactly what we needed and where to place everything. They made some suggestions on the installations to ensure we had what was needed for the dogs and functionality. They were genuinely concerned for what would be best for the dogs. "This is a family-owned business that was once operated by parents(I think), but is now operated by their son, Blake. He is a young man, but was an amazing hard worker! I wanted two small sections of a wood fence replaced, including two gates. Blake worked diligently for two days to rebuild the fence sections that I am extremely happy with. As he was finishing those sections, I asked him if he would build and install a metal handrail on outdoor stairs in my backyard. He gladly said he would do that, and spent an extra day building and installing the handrail! I am very impressed with this company and the work performed. I highly recommend them for your fencing needs!"
