"We recently had a new shower installed by West Shore Home. They tore out a shower and a bathtub and replaced it with a much larger shower and a small space that we intend to use as linen closet. I would like to talk a little bit about our installer crew. Jake N. was the acting on site Foreman, Brynn, Matt, and John worked with him to complete the installation. I cannot praise them enough. They were so customer focused and dedicated to making sure that we got the shower that we had requested. They treated our home with such respect, making sure that it was clean. When you look at the videos on their website about how the job is done step by step, stage by stage making sure that everything is done correctly. The job took a little longer than expected because of a miscommunication with the salesperson for the project. When we noted the issue it was so pleasing to see how they reacted immediately. They brought a supervisor out to review the work and he made a couple of really great decisions. He stated to us don't worry we will make it right. And that is exactly what they did. Everything was done to our expectations and the resulting shower is of such high quality and the craftsmanship so solid I am sure that this shower will be a very very important selling point when we resell this house. The value of the shower the thing installed is well in keeping with the price of the work. It is a professional job and it has enhanced the value of our home. I wish we could rate this higher but I stand by everything that I've said. This is a wonderful and reliable company. They communicate well in advance of the work and follow up once the work is complete. Well done and thank you. It isn't very often that you see a company that is so willing to stand by their pledge of customer satisfaction. All I can say is they have truly proven their honesty and commitment to making sure that a customer receives exactly what they ordered."

"Mr. Gill showed up to give a quote. I wanted a particular product he'd never used before. He got back with me quickly with a bid. After some additions to the job, we agreed on a price that was thousands below other bids I had received a few years earlier. Long story short, he went above and beyond in every aspect of the the job. He was punctual, detail oriented, answered all my concerns, communicated well through out the project and finished on time within budget. I got three bids for the roofing job. All three were within $100 of each other. Ameripro was not the lowest of the three, but I went with them based on the recommendation of family and friends. I am very happy that I did. Scheduling my job was difficult because of the amount of rainy days during this time frame. The biggest opportunity for improvement in this whole job might have been a bit more detailed communication on how the schedule changes were going to affect me. In retrospect, that seems like a miniscule issue in light of the overall extraordinary job that Ameripro did performing the re-roofing job and managing the gutter job. They have professional and courteous staff both in the office (Judy) and in the field. (Mike probably got tired of answering questions from me) The folks they had performing the work were respectful, worked very hard, and did it right. The first day they worked from 7:30am to about 7:30 pm and they had completed about 95% of the roofing work (stripping old and replacing with new - over 40 squares). A much smaller crew easily finished the job by lunch the next day. Clean up was awesome. My flower beds are cleaner now than when they started and it appears all the nails are out of the grass. And the house looks great with these new shingles!!

Gutter folks showed up a couple of hours later. Again, a professional, courteous, knowledgeable, hard working crew. They had good well cared for equipment. They were able to extrude all the seamless gutters on site, install them, seal them, cut and fit the down comers all in a matter of about 2 1/2 hours. Slopes are good and the whole gutter system looks great.
