"Derrick was so helpful! He identified and repaired a leak for us, replacing our water filtration system under the kitchen sink. He was persistent and professional. I would absolutely hire him again."

"Hired Pohlman to evaluate two natural gas tank water heaters in our home, one of which was unoperational. They suggested combi-boiler for our home in lieu of two tank water heaters. They did a great job and we are very pleased. Customer service is top notch, and I highly recommend Pohlman Plumbing."

"It went amazing. Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"

"Joe and Dan are very professional and have competitive prices. They did a stellar job removing our old water heater and installing the new one. They were enjoyable to work with and helpful with our questions/concerns. We definitely recommend Joe and Dan for any water heater needs. Thank you!"

BGE will be meeting me on-site on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM to review and approve the proposed exterior meter location. I need a licensed plumber/gas fitter who can either attend that BGE site visit or come immediately afterward to evaluate the work required on the customer side of the gas system. The scope of work includes: - Inspecting the existing gas piping to determine whether any portion can be safely reused; - Extending, repairing, or replacing internal gas piping as needed; - Establishing the new customer-side gas connection point for the exterior BGE meter; - Pulling the required gas/plumbing permit; - Performing the required pressure test; - Coordinating the requir"

"Mr. Bamford is an amazing gem. We have hired him repeatedly for different projects, and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond. Whether it's working over 15 hours straight to make sure we had hot water for the next morning, pricing out all of the alternatives to get us the best deal, or just popping by when we call to check out the issue and see what it will take, his service is above any provider I've ever worked with. I highly recommend him, and am grateful for the excellent service he provides."

"I found my water heater leaking just after 9 AM. Called and was given a quote over the phone. They arrived by 11 AM and were done by 2:30. Very good service. They covered my floors with drop cloths, cleaned up nicely and hauled away the old unit. Price included the new water heater, a new shutoff, valve, fittings, drip pan and expansion tank. Professional service done very promptly at a fair price. I was extremely satisfied!"
