They looked out for my interests by pointing out that the mailbox post, which was originally just going to be fixed, needed to be replaced due to wood rot. They then offered to paint the new post. After replacing rotten wood above and below the front door, they also painted the whole area instead of just the repaired area since it would look better. The owner, Vince, explained that he unfortunately had to cancel doing two items on my repair list because the height of my roof combined with the steepness of my yard made using their 40-ft ladder unsafe. They came out and did a temporary roof repair between storms until storms cleared enough for permanant repair. He even called me at 9 pm on a Friday night during a particularly bad rain storm to cofirm the temp work was effective. It was very effective. Roof damage was repaired, damage to a wood chimney extending up three floors was repaired. We ended up with a full exterior refresh and our house looks great. Work crews showed up when expected. Site was left clean daily. Crew was efficient, polite, respectful of our home and friendly. They asked on a daily basis if we were happy with the work done and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. We would hire them again."
