"Not happy with the service or attitude I got from David when I asked him to repair the improper installation of a barn door and a bifold door. He also gave me an attitude when I told him that the exterior door had multiple scratches on it. He asked me what I did to it. Asked him to fix the bifold doors because they were crooked. He used his hand to bang the doors and said thatâ s all that I had to do. The next day when I attempted to open the door, it fell off of the track. All in, we spent about $10k on doors and his attitude makes me regret it. Lastly, he overcharged me for the installation and deposit. I had to send him the cancelled checks and Venmo payments. He never acknowledged that he was wrong until I followed up to make sure we were on the same page. Mind you, no apology was provided. If you decide to work with him- check all of the payments, thoroughly look at the installed products, get the warranties (he wonâ t give them to me) before you make the final payments, and keep your animals secure because his workers like to leave doors open."

"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

"STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THEM!!! Where do I begin? I’ll just stick with the main issue in that I had a drip coming from the shower. I called Michael and sons. They damaged my shower trim kit from the tools they used to remove the handle. After that, they didn’t identify the proper shower cartridge for my shower. They told me it was Kohler and that they didn’t have the part. Spent over 3 hours looking for the part, and was unsuccessful in finding it. I got back home, looked at the shower trim kit (based off advice we got at Ferguson) to see if we could identify who the manufactured was and it was a DANZE. Why didn’t their plumber do that!? Just be careful when using them as they have been very rude and shady towards me when coming to a resolution for them messing up.
