We added new drainage around the house and to the street, tore out and replaced the entire sprinkler system front and back, tore out and replaced the entire patio system in the back, remove trees and plants, tore out all the lawns front and back replacing with new sod and then landscaping the front yard. During all that I changed the scope of work on him many times and threw many curve balls at him making his job very difficult.
