"BUYER BEWARE a 1-star rating is too good. In short, this guy is a real piece of work. Don't be deceived by his quiet demeanor and his statement that he personally follows through with all his jobs from start to finish. Had a portion of my entrance and exit lane that needed to be fixed. His project quote $12,000.00. Gave Him 1/2 down of which I figured he spent $3,000.00 of it on the job and I'm being generous with that. With the 1/2 down deposit had a company come out and remove roughly 1,500 square feet of concrete he personally spent a half day saw cutting and then was history. Promise after promise unfulfilled no shows and lies the icing on the cake is when he came 3 hours late to pump water out of the hole, he created in a brand new bright green gym outfit with brand new white tennis shoes. I knew where my down payment money went. AFTER DOING SOME DEEPER DIGGING I FOUND HE DONE THIS SIMILIAR TYPE OF THING IN THE PAST. Wish I would have dug further before hiring this guy paid roughly $3,000.00 to learn this lesson. Needless to say, he never showed up to finish the job. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Anthony M"

"First, I did not book my work through Angie's list. I responded to a card left on my door by the owner of the company. My very long driveway was in horrible shape and I guess they noticed too. I was finally ready this spring to get it fixed and I received quotes. Rocky's quote was very competitive but after looking at reviews, i decided to go with Mr. Riley. The crew showed up on time, they were incredibly neat and respectful of my property. They were prepared and did a no nonsense job knocking out my 100 plus yard driveway and parking area in one day. The price, surprisingly low considering they ran into the need to use more product than expected due to my parking area not being level. Overall I couldn't be happier with the work or the great value they bring to the table. I have honestly never been more satisfied with a home improvement project than i am with this one. Thank you to the Riley family for being so great to work with."
