Whoever wired my trailer before had my whole trailer wired into one 15 amp. the tech went above and beyond and saved my weekend after working 60 hours in the 106 degree weather. 10/10 recommend. "Jim's team did a great job, but they had to come back once to fix an outlet that didn't work. That's the only reason for 4.5 instead of 5 stars. The installation of the new panel was clean and professional looking. The team worked hard and got it done. Sometimes it would take a few days for a message to be returned. That's the 0.5 star ding on customer service."

"Prompt response to my request for service, great communication...very easy and pleasant to deal with...showed me what needed to be repaired and inspected other things to make sure that they were seemingly all ok. I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. I did appreciate the communication and quality of work done, and his knowledge of my hot tub (and just with respect to hot tubs in general) was evident."
