"Joe is our go-to guy when it comes to painting and any carpentry work we need done. For $1,750 (not including the molding and paint costs), he and his crew put wood veneers on the risers of our new wood stairs and sanded and painted the sides (we got rid of the carpet & got our wood floors & stairs sanded & stained.) They also added molding all along the sides. Then, we got the molding replaced in our living room, dining room & upstairs hall. Plus, he painted a small bathroom. As an added bonus, he added new molding around the entryway into the kitchen- he just asked if I wanted it- for free! I got such a great deal from Joe! "So far it is going very well.  He called from the expressway to tell me he was 4 minutes away. He arrived ON TIME.  Got right to his work with his workers even tho he was a little incapacitated with a strained arm.  His workers went up on the roof and HE surveyed the newly replaced roof that caused all the stains that he was called to repair. Making sure no more water would enter before repairing damage.
The original contractor Superior Home Improvements failed  their contract in replacing  the old roof and installing new roof successfully.  NEVER CALL FOR THEIR SERVICES. LIARS, CHEATS, UNRELIABLE UNINSURED AND unreachable.
